This study explores the migration of legacy insurance systems to Microsoft Azure, integrated with AI for operational efficiency and customer service. It addresses the challenges and opportunities that insurers will confront during this migration, with particular emphasis on a variety of areas of concern in terms of security and compliance. The analysis illustrates best practices for moving to the cloud through the analysis of how cloud computing is impacting an institutional knowledge base and employee retraining.
