Abstract

As the job market continues to grow in complexity, the need for efficient resume analysis tools
becomes increasingly vital. This paper proposes a cutting-edge Resume Knowledge Extraction Framework
designed to streamline the process of extracting pertinent information from resumes using advanced text
classification techniques.The system encompasses a multi-faceted approach, integrating data preprocessing,
feature extraction, and a sophisticated classification model to identify and categorize key elements such as skills,
education, and experience.
The framework's development involves a comprehensive training pipeline, leveraging a diverse dataset of
annotated resumes to optimize model performance. The user interface ensures a seamless experience, allowing
users to upload resumes and review extracted information.
The proposed Resume Knowledge Extraction Framework offers a promising solution for automating and
improving the resume analysis process, ultimately contributing to more effective and equitable hiring practices
in a dynamic job market.
