PREGNANCYPAL: USING ML AND NLP TO SUPPORT WOMEN AND FAMILIES ON THEIR JOURNEY

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is altering healthcare by causing a significant paradigm change in
diagnostic techniques, medication discovery, health analytics, therapies, and much more. This study focuses on
using AI-based chatbot systems, mostly based on machine learning algorithms and Natural Language
Processing, to comprehend and respond to the requirements of patients and their families. In specifically, we
present an application scenario for an AI-chatbot that provides assistance and guidance to pregnant women,
moms, and families with small children in appropriate contexts.
