Abstract

Employee remuneration plays a crucial role in attracting, retaining, and motivating employees while directly impacting organizational performance and productivity. This study explores various aspects of employee remuneration, including salary structures, benefits, incentives, and performance-based pay systems. It examines the relationship between remuneration strategies and employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Additionally, the study analyzes different remuneration models across industries and their effectiveness in enhancing productivity and job satisfaction. By reviewing existing literature and conducting empirical research, the study provides insights into best practices in remuneration management. The findings suggest that well- structured remuneration policies contribute significantly to employee engagement and organizational success.
